Andy Jeffries has over 10 years experience within the fitness industry. Prior to the Fit Works, Andrew worked as a Gym Instructor at the Village & Leisure Club (Hyde), and at Prema Health Club (Manchester).
Andy has gained experience in all aspects of fitness training including weight management, circuit training, spinning, ski-fit training, heart-fit training, sport specific fitness, muscular development, and speed conditioning (currently working for Bury FC as a fitness/speed conditioning coach).

Andy has been a keen athlete and ran at a high standard
representing Trafford AC and Stockport Harriers. His own
motivation for sport and fitness training has helped him
achieve success at club and county level, thus influencing
his choice of career.

Angie Derbyshire has
plenty of experience working on the gym floor day-to-day
so is very attuned to the different needs of the individual.
She works closely with weight loss and is popular with those
whose self esteem needs a boost.
She is co-ordinator for the inch loss program & weights
for women which both have had fantastic results. They go
on to have personal training because of the rapport they
build through their training and of the course the positive
results.

Angie regularly keeps herself fit and takes part in running
& challenge events throughout the years, London Marathon 2007,
3 Peaks Challenge 2009. Angie also takes a variety of classes
including BLT, Spin, Circuit, ect. and is a fully qualified
YMCA level 3 advanced instructor. She is very focused and
will not give up on a challenge. She keeps in mind the goals
you are striving for and the good life you are trying to attain. |
